MC Trike Set Package (NOT FOR SALE / NON-DELIVERY)

Got my trike pretty quick for its size. Put it together with the provided tools. Bike was pretty solid. Had a small issue with the PAS sensor but Mooncool quickly provided a replacement sensor and even offered to pay to have a bicycle repair shop install it. Above and beyond if you ask me.

I received my Mooncool trike a few weeks ago and was given the set for free, in the box when it arrived. The net and water holder and tool is a nice addition! I could suggest that the mirrors gift came separately and should be I. Box when shipped. Mirrors are important! I bought a cheep mirror until mine arrived. I love my Mooncool so fun!

I like the Trike,and I am reading the instructions over and over,I would really like to see a “step by step “ riding instructions ,that focus on just how to start,and how to operate the bike,I tried YouTube,but is always about the road,battery power and road surface..Looking forward to hear from you

Solid built and easy to put together. I just wonder if and when I can but an additional battery. Hopefully existing customers get first crack

After purchasing an KTI folding trike, one of the bike's back fenders was damaged during shipping. Mooncool responded quickly and sent another fender; however, it was for their fat tire trike. We reported back and said we'd that we'd go a head and purchase the set of three from their accessories' page. They immediately responded stating - do not purchase them - we'll send you the entire set for FREE. That is saying something about this company. Trust me - shop mooncool they back their product and take care of their customers.
