everything arrived in great condition. Some items were a little late but still arrived shortly after the Trike arrived

The items in this package are top quality. I will most likely never use the bottle holder and would have rather had a mirror, but never the less, these are quality items.

Got my trike pretty quick for its size. Put it together with the provided tools. Bike was pretty solid. Had a small issue with the PAS sensor but Mooncool quickly provided a replacement sensor and even offered to pay to have a bicycle repair shop install it. Above and beyond if you ask me.

I received my Mooncool trike a few weeks ago and was given the set for free, in the box when it arrived. The net and water holder and tool is a nice addition! I could suggest that the mirrors gift came separately and should be I. Box when shipped. Mirrors are important! I bought a cheep mirror until mine arrived. I love my Mooncool so fun!

I like the Trike,and I am reading the instructions over and over,I would really like to see a “step by step “ riding instructions ,that focus on just how to start,and how to operate the bike,I tried YouTube,but is always about the road,battery power and road surface..Looking forward to hear from you

Solid built and easy to put together. I just wonder if and when I can but an additional battery. Hopefully existing customers get first crack
