What is the approximate product weight of a trike?
The Mooncool trike is about 65 lbs including all the parts.
Is most of this trike pre-assembled and how long will it take?
Yes, the trike will be 70% disassembled due to the large size, but please don't worry, it is very easy for you to assemble them by yourself in just 1 hour around.
Where can I buy a replacement battery?
The classic trikes do not need batteries, and we also have electric styles, you can choose another model with a battery in our store.

How long will my order be shipped?
Mooncool ships within 2~10 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Is the order free shipping?
Free shipping is available in almost all US states, with the exception of some remote and restricted states: Alaska, Puerto Rico, and some APO addresses.
What is your return policy?
Mooncool’s trikes can be returned for free within 30 days after arrival, provided that it does not affect the secondary sales. After 30 days, we need to charge you a return shipping fee if you have no reason or it is not suitable for the free return conditions.

How about the Mooncool warranty?
All products purchased from Mooncool come with a hassle-free warranty. Mooncool warrants the products for a limited time within 1-year from the date of delivery.
For all orders purchased from this site, just post on your social account and refer us, and we'll expand your order to a 2-year warranty.
