I'm lost

I am totally lost. I just received my mirrors and it looks like. There are about 3 different ways you can hook it up to a bicycle. None of them look like they are what is needed for my trike. There are no instructions whatsoever in the package, so I'm lost. I am waiting for a chat person to give me a link to instructions.
