My fender is damaged. You offered my a phone holder instead of a fender. I said i would a cept a mirror instead of a phone holder or fender. I just received THREE fenders. I am more than confused. Now do i have to package and drive to the post office???

So far so good except one thing...

...the seat post clamp does not function well; the seat turns when getting off the trike, though seems to retain the height. And yes I know how to adjust the lock-over clamp. ...still the turning problem. I did my own remedy with a through-bolt in a hole drilled all the way through the seat-frame-tube and seat post, at the slot eye. (The seat clamp should be left in place to hold the seat for drilling, and all the time.) I used an appropriate sized bolt, lock washer, hex nut, and acorn nut--looks factory--holds height and stops the turning. A seat theft deterrent, too. And ample room to remove battery with seat left in place. (This is important if any one wants to use my remedy, or always leave battery in place to charge.) Bolt is easily removable, but first mark seat post with a line for seat height and a vertical mark to align the bolt position. If you don't mark alignments, good luck finding the hole to push your bolt back in. Otherwise, I am really enjoying my EV. I added a rearview mirror, and ziptied the basket together. Their is a learning curve for a tricycle after only twowheeler experience. I had my FAT 20 shipped to a bike shop for professional assembly and tuning ($200 was fair and peace of mind.) Lots of "cool bike" comments. The fat tires and color (cyan green) are the cool factors mentioned.
I think I'm going to love this thing!

I am a senior citizen (almost 80 years old). I am physically fit for my age, but I decided that as I age my balance is not what it used to be. I feel more secure riding my Monocool Fat Tire bike, and I like the "boost" I get on hills. I don't go out on the highway (!), but I ride on the smaller roads and sidewalks just fine.

Nice starter trike

Negative 1st, the bike takes a little more to assemble than they make out. Not difficult, just a little more challenging than I expected (took me about 3 hours). ALso the paint is easily scratched. The bike is solid; I had it up to 25 mph going downhill smooth ride. it's keeps a steady sped and is comfortable ride. I pick this one specifically for the seat for the lower back support. It's very fun to ride. I have had it for two weeks and still on the initial charge. I only ride about 15 min. a day around the neighborhood. For the price I think it is excellent.
