TK Pro Electric Trike

I LOVE MY NEW MOONCOOL TRIK!

I got this last Wednesday. I love everything about it. Easy assembly, took me 10 minutes to figure out how everything works and was on the road. 80 miles in the first 3 days. Feel very stable, with lots of hill climbing power.

I purchased the TK1 Pro almost two months ago. However, I didn't actually ride it until recently and I am over the moon with the experience that I am having with my TK1 Pro.

The trike comes as advertised for sure! The packaging is immaculate and the trike comes 95% assembled. Assembly is painstakingly free due to YouTubers posting unboxing and assembly instruction videos. Additionally, the instruction manual is in color and very detailed in terms of assembling the trike.

Lastly, the customer service is above reproach. I experienced an issue with the spring for the tire wheel, I contacted customer service via email and received a prompt response. Mooncool mailed a new spring to me within a weeks time. Each time that I needed a question answered, Mooncool's customer service answered expeditiously.

I would recommend Mooncool's TK1 Pro trike to anyone who is looking for a sleek designed, well designed e-bike. I would recommend purchasing Mooncool's trike lock as well. Very durable/sturdy with a key lock.

My show dogs needed road work so I bought the TK Pro trike because it came 95% assembled and has a powerful rear wheel driven motor and parking brake . I bought a tow leash for the trike to attach the dogs and off we went. I live in the NE Georgia mountains and needed a trike that could handle the steep hills. When road working the dogs we run in 1st gear and I adjust the pedal assist to handle the hills based on how steep we are climbing. Steep hills, use pedal assist 5 and the trike conquers it with ease. Haven't needed to use the throttle, but it is there if I need it. Parking break is awesome. Battery goes about 35 miles before it drops below 40%. Since I'm constantly using pedal assist and climbing hills the battery doesn't last as long as it would if I was just riding flat roads. Love this trike as it has enough power for the mountains.

I'm currently 75 and 13 years ago, due to brain surgery, I lost the the middle and inner ear on my left side. I then found out it was near impossible to even mount a bicycle, let alone ride one. I can't even stand on one foot! Rode motorcycles and had to say goodbye to that. Last year I couldn't renew my driver's license due to peripheral vision limitations a result of diabetes. Totally reliant on my wife driving me around.
Decided I needed some more freedom and flexibility in my life. None of the bicycle shops in my area even carried etrikes. Fortunately I discovered our neighbor has an etrike and let me take it for a drive and find out if I could even handle a trike. Fortunately I could, and the decision was made and purchased the TK Pro. I've had it about a week and half and love being able to get out of the neighborhood again. Much more enjoyable getting the exercise driving the trike rather than just walking. The trike has plenty of power and comfortable to ride. We live in an area with hills and even pulling the Mooncool trailer up the hills, I don't even know it's there. Currently 38 miles with 74% battery remaining on the original charge. I was concerned about going down the hills, but the disk brakes are doing a very adequate job. Trike is also very stable going down the hills, even with the trailer. One soon learns that you "Ride a bike but drive a trike." Quite different, but practice in a parking lot and don't try and win any races and one gets more confidence each time you go out for a spin. We live in southern Minnesota, so all year riding won't happen which makes me envious of those that can ride all year. But I'll be making the most of it, when I can, with my Mooncool TK Pro. Wish I had done it sooner.

very happy with my purchase, if i could change one thing when i ordered was the seat. now let me say its comfortable, but i would probably like it better with no back rest, it does not allow me to sit correctly on seat, feels like i am constantly worrying about trying to resituate myself. i sent an email on seeing if i can get the original seat since i can not remove the back rest, but no response. RIDE ON!!
